Calorie Vegetarian Diet Plan

Sure there are many different types of diets and weight loss plans available. To start off I'll do three days of egg fast then two days of two egg meals a day and possibly just meat the 3rd meal. That might not be the case should you have 100 lbs to lose - but maybe it's something to think of should you have 30-40 like many of us. I am a 12-year type 2 diabetic bent on achieving normal sugars with just exercise and diet alone and have made great strides in the last 6 months by getting off my meds and with numbers continuing to trend downward.
